Reviews: reply templates

You can speed up your work with customer reviews by adding reply templates.

By default there are two negative and two positive reviews in English in your account. You can add more templates in any language. It is also possible to group templates by folders.

To create a folder:

  1. Go to Ratings & Reviews - > Templates;
  2. Click '+ Add New' - > Folder;
  3. Type a folder name and select the parent folder if necessary;
  4. Click “Save”.

To create a template:

  1. Go to Ratings & Reviews - > Templates;
  2. Click “+ Add New' - > Template;
  3. Type a template name and text of your reply;
  4. If you write a template for a particular app, select the app and folder where to keep it;
  5. It is possible to select tags that will be assigned to the review together with the template;
  6. Click “Save”.
