Reply faster: reply templates
You can speed up your work with customer reviews by adding reply templates.
By default you already have two negative and two positive reviews in English. You can add more in every language you need:
- Go to Settings > Templates;
- Click “Add New Template” button on the right;
- Type a template name and text of your reply;
- If you write a template for a particular app or country, select the app and folder where to keep it;
- Click “Save”.
