Smart Views

Smart Views feature allows to preset filters on the Reply to Reviews page. This tool helps to:

- Better organise the workflow for the support team. For example, for teams with multi-language support, you can set a Smart View for different languages to easily find reviews to reply.

- Monitor how many certain reviews need to be replied (e.g. negative ones) and estimate the workload for support managers.

- Quickly check the most important reviews without selecting the required filters every time. For example, use the default view 'Featured' to check the featured reviews in one click.

Smart Views is available on the Reply to Reviews page

To get an access to creating new Smart views, please contact our support at or your account manager directly.


Smart Views panel is located on the left side from the reviews list on the Reply to Reviews page. 

We provide two default views that could not be edited or removed:

  • Updated view includes filters: Reviews without Replies, Last 30 days, and Updated.
  • Featured view includes filters: Reviews without Replies, All Time, and Featured Reviews. 

To create a new Smart View, edit or remove one:

  1. Apply the required filters on the Reply to Reviews page. 
    Eg. let's create a view with reviews in Chinese. Select the filter 'Review Language' -> Chinese. 
  2. Click on the 'Create Smart View' from the filters bar or in the widget on the left.

  3. In the popup: enter the title of the Smart View and set the options for the Smart View Counter.

    Options are:
    - Indicate all reviews or reviews without reply to be counted in the smart view;
    - Number of days to track.
  4. You can track from 1 to 90 days.

    Each newly created smart view appears on the top of the list. There is a counter next to the Smart View title that shows the number of reviews that fall under the conditions set.

    To edit or delete a Smart View:

    1. Hover over the Smart Views widget on the left and click on the gear icon.
    2. Hover over the Smart View and click on the required action - edit or remove.
    It is possible to edit a title and Smart View Counter settings (all reviews/reviews without reply and the number of days to track). To set different filters for the view, you need to create a new one.

    To set the order of Smart Views:

    1. Hover over the Smart Views widget on the left and click on the gear icon.
    2. Drag and drop the views in the order you need.

    Smart Views are applied to all apps in the collection.
    Note, that some filters could be applied for apps only from a certain store (e.g. Release version filter is available only in Google Play).
