You can use AppFollow to reply to your products’ questions in the Amazon Retail Store. 

It is available on the Premium subscription. To enable this feature in your AppFollow account please contact us via email, live chat, or ask your account manager directly.

Since the feature is in beta, it requires assistance from our product team. We're ready to help you with the Amazon seller integration settings.

Amazon has retired the replies to reviews feature from December, 2020. At the moment, only replying to Amazon questions is available.
