User Roles Comparison

Grant team members different user roles to give them full or granular access to your AppFollow account. Read on to see a comparison of the available roles and permissions.

The primary point of contact in an account is the Account Owner. The Account Owner has the ability to edit billing details, view invoices, transfer account ownership, and delete the account. Only users with the Admin role can become Account Owners.

Change a User's Role

  1. Open the Team Members settings page.
  2. Click on the gear icon next to the name of the user whose role you want to change.
  3. Select "Edit this member".

  4. Choose a new role for the user.
  5. Click "Save".

Any user with an Admin role can change the roles for other users.


Change the Account Owner

If you need to change the owner of your AppFollow account, you can transfer ownership directly from the Team Members settings section.

  1. Log in to the current owner's account.
  2. Open the Team Members settings page.
  3. Select the team member who will become the new owner. Note: Only admins can become account owners. If you need to grant ownership rights to a regular user, please change their role to "Admin" first.
  4. Click "Edit this member".
  5. Check the "Assign ownership" option.
  6. Click "Save".
