How AppFollow is publishing replies to reviews and what is the queue?

If you are answering to the reviews via AppFollow (no matter where: in personal account, via Slack Reply bot or Zendesk), all your replies are getting published based on special reply queueing principle.

This approach is applied as both App Store and Google Play have limits on how many reviews and replies can be published daily. To not lose your replies when these limits are exceeded, we created queues.

For instance, Google Play has a limit of 500 replies per day . Thus, if you replied to more reviews, AppFollow will create a queue and will post the replies to Google Play as soon as it’s possible.

By the way, there is a way to increase these daily limits for Google Play.
