Google Play Console Integration

Integration with the Google Play Console helps you get both positive and negative reviews, reply to customer reviews, and get more mobile app downloads.

This integration lets you:

  • Receive reviews directly from the Developer console;
  • Get reviews with additional parameters: app_version_code, app_version_name and device, and others;
  • Reply to Google Play reviews from AppFollow, Slack, or help desk services;
  • See which version of an app is used by the user who left a review;
  • Get ASO and sales reports;
  • Activate your access to Cumulative (day-by-day) ratings for Google Play.

Your app’s new reviews are delivered to the Reviews page, Slack, email, and help desks 4 times per day. After you set up the integration, they will be updated every 20 mins.

Please note that your replies appear in Google Play after moderation, which takes up to 30 minutes.

After connecting the integration with the console for replying to reviews, AppFollow gets access to the reviews’ feed and the ability to send answers via API. This access is regulated by Access control and role-based permissions in Google Play.

It is absolutely secure. Using Google Play Console OAuth and API, AppFollow doesn't have access to ANY personal data except your reviews and replies. Google Play Console keeps the rest of your info safe. More about API and replies.
