Azure: AppFollow SSO

Setup Single Sign-On with Azure to provide your team with a single access to AppFollow.

Steps for setting up.

In the Azure account. Type in a search bar “enterprise applications”, click on the first option.

Click “New application”.

Proceed with “Non-gallery application”.

Fill out the name and click "Add button".

Return to the “Enterprise applications” page.

Open created application and in the left menu click “Users and groups” and assign users that will have access to this app.

When all users are assigned, open “Single sign-on” and click on “SAML”.

Now we need to edit “ Basic SAML Configuration” as it's shown below.

Identifier (Entity ID):

Reply URL (Assertion Consumer Service URL):

Relay State: enter the email address associated with your AppFollow account (owner’s email)

Save changes.

Then edit “User Attributes & Claims”. Click “Add new claim” and add three new claims as it's shown in the pics below:

Save and go back.

Once claims are added, copy SAML Signing Certificate to AppFollow SSO Settings.

Open the link from “App Federation Metadata Url” in a new window and copy the whole  X509Certificate block content to the AppFollow SSO settings into the section “Public Certificate”.

Make sure to copy the whole certificate, but not a part of it!

In the AppFollow account. Now you need to copy links from Azure to AppFollow SSO settings.

1) Login URL copy to SAML SSO URL;

2) Azure AD Identifier copy to Entity ID.

Save your SSO settings in AppFollow.

Here you are - now you can use Azure AD SSO :)
